Minimum booking times for our regular/everyday cleans start at 2 hours per service. A first clean will always be suggested a minimum of 3 hours, this is to ensure our high standard of service can be upheld, and our housekeepers are not running on the job. The first clean is usually more time consuming, follow ups could be less.
Quotes and estimates of costs are based on regularly maintained premises (**Premises that are cleaned at least once per month). Anything outside of this timeframe would be considered a deep clean, requiring more than the "average time" of a regularly cleaned space. Please note, we can only quote on the information given to us at the time, i.e. client photos, information provided to us from the client.

Regular/Everyday Clean
An everyday clean includes vacuuming, mopping with the client's equipment, and dusting all surfaces. Surfaces also receive a wet wipe for extra cleanliness. The service covers detailed cleaning of the bathroom—including the sink, toilet, and shower screen—and kitchen, where surfaces are wiped, rubbish removed, and appliances like the microwave, hot plate, and oven front cleaned. This ensures a comprehensive and refreshing clean throughout the home or office.
Support Work
Support work encompasses a variety of personal assistance tasks, including shopping and running errands, meal preparation and planning, scheduling and accompanying to appointments, organising outings, facilitating social and group participation, providing life skills training in-home, and assisting with daily living activities. These services aim to enhance quality of life and independence for individuals requiring support.
